Uttar Pradesh Power Complaint -Lucknow Media (UPPCL Media) is a Public-interest media platform dedicated to raising awareness, highlighting issues, and bridging the gap between electricity consumers and the administration.
We believe that the power system is not only the responsibility of the government and the department, but also requires active participation and awareness from the consumers and society. With this vision, UPPCL Media was launched, and today it has become a trusted source of information and public awareness across the state.
What We Do? Highlighting complaints, challenges, and incidents related to the power system and presenting them in the form of news for public and administrative attention.
Educating consumers about their rights, rules, and services related to electricity.
Running awareness campaigns on power safety, supply management, billing systems, and departmental operations.
Acting as a bridge between consumers and the administration.
Our Role on Social Media
We are a digital-first initiative and remain highly active on social media platforms.
Through Facebook, X (Twitter), and other channels, we share real-time updates on supply, shutdowns, tripping, billing, and maintenance alerts.
Consumers share their complaints and concerns with us via tags/messages, which we convert into public-interest reports and highlight for resolution.
Our posts receive wide public interaction, helping us understand the ground reality and convey accurate feedback to the concerned authorities.
